Under the Rules of an Incorporated Association, the VCAUSA publishes an annual report at each year's Annual General Meeting (AGM). This Annual Report details the activities of the Association for the preceeding financial year, usually incorporating reports from the various Committee Members, presentation of Financial Statements and updates of highlights, social activities and Umpire Records.
