VCAUSA information

General Information

The VCAUSA â€‹operates under a 'Rules of Incorporation'. These rules govern the Purpose of the Association, the composition of the Committee, how we manage the Association, the rights of Members and Associate Members, how and when we conduct Meetings and many other operational items.

The Association also co-ordinates Easter Cricket in conjunction with the South Australian Cricket Umpires and Scorers Association (SACUSA), arranges other local Social Events, presents annual end of season Awards, publishes the Law 43 magazine, facilitates Umpire Exchange Programs with other States, presents an annual Umpire Scholarship, maintains historical association records, and facilitates purchase of jackets, ties, polo shirts and other memorabilia.

Whilst most of the benefits mentioned above are for VCAUSA members only, the VCAUSA also works continuously with Cricket Victoria to assist in all aspects of Umpire Operations, on behalf of all Premier Cricket Umpire Panel members.
